  1. Back Line Stretch
  2. Front Line Stretch
  3. Trunk Rotations
  4. Side Bends
  5. Pronation/Supination Sequence

Rep Range: 8 to 12 reps

Set Range: 2 to 4 sets

Do it on both sides.
